Only tickets that have been paid for, and have been verified by Roberts, Marlowe, Jackson, Jackson & Associates Chartered Accountants as paid for, are eligible, to be entered for the respective draw(s). The liability of the Licensee of this Lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s). To be eligible for the Bonus Prize Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight, February 4, 2008. To be eligible for the Super Early Bird Prize Draws, tickets must be purchased by midnight March 31, 2008. To be eligible for Final Draws, tickets must be purchased by April 17, 2008. After each draw, the winner is recorded by Roberts, Marlowe, Jackson, Jackson & Associates Chartered Accountants and the ticket then goes back into the drum for the next draw. Each ticket is eligible for all applicable/subsequent draws.
Order of Draws: The Bonus Prize Draw will take place on February 10, 2008 at the General Motors Centre located at 99 Athol Street East, Oshawa, Ontario at 8:00 p.m. The Super Early Bird Prize Draws will take place on April 3, 2008 in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon. In the event that all tickets are sold by midnight March 31, 2008 the Final Draws for 11,271 prize draws to be held at the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre, 2nd Floor, Boardroom E, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario on April 7, 2008 and will commence at 8:00 am until completion. The top 14 Grand Prize Draws will be held in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon on April 11, 2008. The sequence of the draws on this Lottery will be from prize of lowest retail value to prize of highest retail value.
In the event that all tickets are not sold prior to midnight March 31, 2008, the Final Draws (except the top 14 Grand Prizes) will be conducted in the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre, 2nd Floor, Boardroom E, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario the at 12:00 noon on April 21, 2008, beginning at 8:00 a.m. until completion. The top 14 Grand Prize draws will take place on April 25, 2008 in the main lobby of Lakeridge Health Oshawa, 1 Hospital Court, Oshawa, Ontario at 12:00 noon.
Prize Claim: Prizes must be accepted as awarded- no substitution. All winners will be notified by mail with instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). All prizes must be claimed by May 1, 2009. Vehicles are awarded free of any hidden costs. It shall be the responsibility of the winner to License and insure the vehicle from the time of their ownership. Ownership papers for the vehicle must be registered within one month of the prize being awarded. Free Gas for 1 year with each car is a maximum of $1,800. Free Gas for 1 year with each Vespa Scooter is a maximum of $150. All trips include airfare and taxes where applicable. Air departures are from Toronto. Prize winners of the Mayan Riviera must satisfy all passport requirements for international travel. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and the licensing body will approve a charitable allocation. Winners of the Bonus Prize Draw, Super Early Bird Prize Draws, and the Grand Prize Draws agree to use their names and photo for publicity purposes with respect to this Lottery.
All tickets are to be issued in sequential order. Tickets cannot be reimbursed once draws commence. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Winner Notification: Following the draws, all winners will be notified by mail. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Major prize winners may be contacted by phone. A list of major winners will be available in the Toronto Sun on April 24, 2008 (May 15th, 2008 if all tickets are not sold by March 31st, 2008). Complete list of winners will be available at www.cashforcancer.com and a printed list will be available upon request from The Oshawa Hospital Foundation. Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by The Oshawa Hospital Foundation.

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, purchasers do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw/s.
